No More Wimpy To-dos!

by | Oct 11, 2021 | Leadership

To-dos are tiny commitments that have a big impact.

We give and take to-dos in almost every meeting. If
you’re doing shop floor tier meetings or doing Level 10™ meetings as part of
EOS®, you know what this feels like.

Yet many to-dos are written poorly. They’re unclear, and they miss the point.

It may seem like a small, nit-picky thing, but writing solid to-dos can make a big difference when it comes to getting things done and executing with precision.

I’ve picked five wimpy words that are my signals that a to-do is not written as clearly as it needs to be, and I’ve offered some ideas about turning those wimpy to-dos into strong results-oriented to-dos.

Take a look and let me know what you think.
